Each person who attends events sponsored by InterMingle is doing so at his/her own risk, and InterMingle shall not be liable for any loss or injury sustained, either directly or indirectly, by any such person. In consideration of the privilege of attending events sponsored by InterMingle, patrons waive any and all claims they or their heirs may have against InterMingle, its owners, Managers, and employees.
You thereby discharge InterMingle from any liability or claim for damages of any nature whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, which may arise directly or indirectly from said event or any other services provided by InterMingle.
InterMingle does not conduct background investigations or other investigations of any nature, or otherwise screen attendees to its events. Please exercise sound judgment and common sense if providing personal information to other attendees, or meeting them outside of an InterMingle event.
InterMingle reserves the right to deny the sale of its services in its sole discretion, at any time, for any reason.
